Development of injection and finishing

Accomplishment of stockholding of 3500 dimensions

of O-rings according to standard specifications

1990

Entry into PTFE Technology acquisition of LANZA NUOVA

and into Polyurethane World through acquisition of MACMA

1995

Internationalisation and opening new distribution centers

in Europe and USA. Mixing Areas for elastomeric compounds

2000

Acquisition of ROLF and PRADELLA & MATEGO to develop & manufacture

advanced elastomer-metal (e.g. Oil Seals) and advanced tailor-made

sealing and adjacent solutions on a high technology level

2005

Expertise to develop and manufacture high- performance

thermoplastic Sealing Components in highly automated plant GAPI GmbH

and thin walled PTFE tubing parts ‘Spaghetti’ through Paste Extrusion at LANZA

2010

Designing and manufacturing TPU Sealing Solutions for advanced hydraulic and pneumatic applications through acquisition of ARTIC SEALS. Production of PTFE Machined Components following acquisition of FLUORIL.

2015

Second Generation of the family takes the Lead and implement strategy to develop OEM-Market offering Unique Sealing Solutions for well-known automotive and non-automotive OEMs

Investment Program for further Technology & Process Development, for enhanced Environmental, Safety, Working Conditions, Energy Consumption and Social Responsibility
